About Us

Cutting-Edge Research in Stem Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine

Our Mission

At SFSC our mission is to reduce suffering and enhance quality of life through the most effective, evidence-based cell therapies.
While we treat a wide range of diseases and disorders, our focus goes beyond symptoms—we treat people. Providing compassionate care today is central to our mission, and our team of physicians is committed to advancing that vision by developing innovative therapies that improve lives globally.
our state-of-the-art clinic has successfully treated patients with autoimmune and degenerative conditions, orthopedic and sports injuries, spine and disc disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and more. We continually collaborate with researchers worldwide to refine these therapies, aiming to address serious diseases, modulate the immune system, and help people live longer, healthier lives.

Why Choose Treatment with Us?

The Advanced Alternative to Surgery and Pain Medication
Injuries can be more than painful—they can disrupt your mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Traditional approaches like surgery, prolonged rest, and pain medications often fall short, leaving many trapped in chronic pain and limited function. But there’s a better way.
At Cellular Performance Institute (SFSC), we offer revolutionary treatments that harness your body’s natural ability to heal. Using specialized cells, nature’s master healers, we support tissue regeneration and enhance your body’s innate repair mechanisms—all without the risks or long recovery times of surgery.

Not all cells are created equal. We specialize in Hypoxic Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), engineered to thrive in the low-oxygen environment of your joints. With advanced ultrasound guidance, these potent cells are precisely delivered to the site of injury, helping reduce pain, restore function, and repair damaged ligaments, tendons, and cartilage.

What Are Stem Cells?

The human body contains hundreds of different cell types, each with a specific role in maintaining everyday function. Among these are stem cells, which play a critical role in tissue repair and regeneration—also called tissue remodeling—to help keep the body healthy.

Stem cells have the unique ability to self-renew, producing more stem cells of the same type, and to differentiate into specialized cells as needed. Research shows that mesenchymal stem cells, in particular, are safe and effective for treating a wide variety of diseases and medical conditions
At SFSC, we utilize Wharton’s jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells in our therapies. Stem cells are adult cells that can be sourced from bone marrow, adipose tissue, umbilical cords, and placenta.

We specifically use umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells from Wharton’s jelly because they are considered highly effective. These cells offer:

  • Exceptional regenerative capabilities
  • Powerful anti-inflammatory effects, including reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines, increasing anti-inflammatory cytokines, and releasing beneficial exosomes.
  • Growth factors that support tissue repair and regeneration in muscles, tendons, ligaments, discs, cartilage, and more.
